一、班级现状分析

本学期我担任七年级x、x班的英语老师。七年级x班由__位学生组成，__位女生，__位男生。七年级x班由__位同学组成，__位女生，__位男生。学生来自各个不同的学校，有的来自实验小学，有的来自周边社区学校，有些来自县城或乡镇学校。学生的行为习惯及学习习惯参差不齐，给班级的管理带来一定的难度。

二、学情分析

从学生的入学编班考试成绩来看，虽然大部分学生在小学已接触过英语，但学生以前不大重视英语，且他们来自不同的学校，要求不同，他们的英语学习水平也不尽相同。部分学生出现了严重的偏科现象，主要表现在数学和英语上，尤以英语最为明显。100分的题目，很多同学不及格甚至只考了三四十分，学习形势非常严峻。

三、教材分析

本册七年级教材共分12个单元，前3个单元为预备单元，后面正式篇有9个单元，每单元分SectionA和SectionB以及Selfcheck三部分。预备单元旨在做好小学英语与初中英语的衔接与过渡，主要通过对字母的学习开展音标教学，为今后的语言学习打下良好的基础。Unit1—Unit9主要是通过设置每个单元不同的话题，了解该话题的语言功能，理解句子的结构和理清语法项目，积累词汇，不断巩固所学知识，达到对语言知识活学活用的目的。

四、教学措施

七年级是英语学习的基础阶段，也是养成好习惯的关键时期。基础打不好、习惯不良，直接影响学生整个初中阶段。所以做好七年级英语的教学工作至关重要。对此我制定以下措施：

1、落实好教学常规，努力提高教育教学水平。做到认真备课、上课，认真批改作业，加强学习，不断反思自己的教学过程。

2、要把音标教学作为起始阶段英语教学的重要内容之一。音标教学主要应通过模仿来进行，教师要提供大量的听音、模仿、实践的机会，教给学生发音规律，特别是元音字母和元音字母组合在开闭音节中的发音，帮助学生养成良好的发音习惯，让音标学习贯穿于整个单词教学始终。

3、每天背诵课文中的对话及短文，要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。每周根据所学单元话题，写一篇小短文，不断提高学生的写作水平。

4、认真贯彻上课前的晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

5、坚持单元检测等形成性评价制度。每周对学生的学习情况做一次检测，及时了解学生的学习情况，不断调整教学思路，完善教学设计，改进教学方法，使课堂教学更有针对性和实效性。同时也给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

6、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

7、合理划分学习小组，开展小组合作竞争。根据学生性格特点和学业水平表现，划分6人合作学习小组。通过组内竞争，组间竞争，同号学生竞争，营造浓厚学习氛围，开展小组合作竞争。

8、要充分利用现代教育技术，利用电子白板等多媒体教学软件，探索新的教学模式，开发英语教学资源，拓宽学生学习渠道，改进学生学习方式，提高教学效果。
